Trees in New Orleans

From the ground, a magnolia tree smells like mint.
But if you climb to the top of the tree,
it will start to smell like dead shrimp.
I can see my grandmaw’s roof.
The satsuma tree smells like fresh oranges from a farm.
The fruit of the satsuma does not have a lot of seeds
and it’s juicy like a grape.
